DELIVERY

Delivery time from By Hill Station is normally between 2-7 business days. You will receive a delivery confirmation e-mail when your order is sent. If you do not receive an e-mail within three working days please contact our customer service at info@byhillstation.com

All deliveries are made to your delivery point. For packages that are not picked up a fee of SEK 249 will be charged. This corresponds to the costs we have for returning the package back to us.

RETURNS
For returns, send an email to info@byhillstation.com and we will reach out to you for next steps.

Returns can be done within 14 days after you received your order. Note that all items must be returned in original condition. Please note that any perfume, make-up or deodorant stains on the product means that we cannot accept a return so please be careful when you try the items. The shipping cost is also nonrefundable for orders shipped outside Sweden.
